You always get a fixed price upfront — no hourly rates, no hidden fees. Tasks start at CHF 59. The exact price depends on how complex the task is, the skills required from the helper, and whether equipment (such as tools) need to be brought along. You'll know the full price before confirming.
Mistakes are rare, but they happen. When they do, just message us — we don't hide behind forms or chatbots. You'll talk to someone at Hausly directly, and we'll figure out the right next step with the helper.
Yes — free cancellation up to 4 hours before the scheduled start. After that a small fee may apply, since the helper is already on the way. Just text us.
Both works. If you have your own tools, the helper is happy to use them. If not, just let us know when you book and the helper will bring everything needed — drills, screwdrivers, levels, ladders. A small extra fee applies in that case.
